I founded Anna Skrypka Studio, a consultancy and creative boutique, to help VC-backed startups and tech companies scale Japan ↔ Global without burning $1M+ and 12–18 months on misaligned GTM.
After helping to scale Autodesk's SaaS business from $0.5M to $40M ARR in Japan and leading global brand campaigns at Toyota, I saw the same problem everywhere: teams copying their home-market GTM to Japan with the wrong buyer psychology, wrong trust signals, wrong brand narrative.
