● Accelerate sprint: tailored and workshop for Series B+ startups
● On-demand consulting and creative services: offered to growth-stage companies for project-based work and price agreed separately based on the project scope
● Digital systems and frameworks for business growth
● Live sessions and group coaching calls
● AI tools, templates and tutorials to accelerate implementation

ELIGIBILITY

Our services are intended for business owners, enterprise leaders and founders who are at least 18 years old. By using our
services, you confirm that:
● You are at least 18 years of age
● You operate a legitimate business
● You have the authority to enter into this agreement
● You have the financial capacity to make the investment in our programs

PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing and Payment
● All prices are listed in US Dollars
● The payments for Launchpad digital product and Accelerate sprint should be made in advance for purchasing the service

No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds of any kind for any of our programs or services. By purchasing our services, you
acknowledge and agree that:
● All sales are final
● No partial or full refunds will be provided under any circumstances
● You are making a commitment to the full term of service
● Payment obligations continue regardless of your level of participation or satisfaction
● No exceptions will be made to this policy

Cancellation
● Upon cancellation, your access to services may be immediately terminated
● Some benefits (such as access to materials you have already downloaded) may remain available after cancellation, while others (like live calls, and new updates) will be discontinued

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, systems, frameworks (i.e. Augmented Human method), and materials provided by Anna Skrypka are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for your personal business use only. You may not:
● Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials
● Use our materials to create competing products or services
● Share your access with others not enrolled in the program
● Resell or white-label our systems or frameworks
● Use our brand assets without express written permission

● Making all scheduled payments on time

NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
While we provide high-quality coaching and systems based on our experience, we make no guarantees regarding your results. Your success depends on many factors including your implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances. We do not
guarantee:
● Specific income or revenue results
● Business growth within a specific timeframe
● That our systems will work for every business model
● That our methods will be suitable for your specific situation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anna Skrypka Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of
our services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service that is the subject of the claim.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.

CHANGES TO TERMS
