INTRODUCTION

revenue. Our offerings include:

companies for project-based work; pricing is agreed separately per project.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

(1) Pricing and Payment:
a. All prices are listed in USD.
b. Payments for all services must be made in full prior to service delivery.

(2) No Refund Policy:

a. All sales are final.
b. No partial or full refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
c. Payment obligations continue regardless of your participation level or satisfaction.
d. By purchasing, you acknowledge your commitment to the full term of service.
(3) Cancellation:
a. Upon cancellation, your access may be terminated immediately.
b. Materials already downloaded remain available, but live sessions and updates
will no longer be accessible.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents, systems, frameworks (including the Augmented Human Method™), and
materials are protected under intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, non-
exclusive, non-transferable license for business use only. You may not:
a. Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials outside your organization.
b. Use materials to create competing products or services.
c. Share your access with non-enrolled third parties.
d. Resell or white-label our systems, frameworks, or brand assets.
e. Use our brand assets without express written permission.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA

7. SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
(1) Provided by Us:

d. Frameworks and systems to implement in your business.

(2) Not Provided:
a. Guaranteed business results or revenue increases.
b. Done-for-you services unless explicitly stated.
c. 24/7 support outside designated channels.
(3) Your Responsibilities:
a. Implement the strategies and systems provided.
b. Maintain professional conduct.
c. Make all scheduled payments on time.
d. Use materials strictly for business purposes.

8. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
We provide high-quality coaching and systems based on experience but do not
guarantee any specific results. Outcomes depend on multiple factors, including
implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances. No warranty is made
regarding:
a. Income or revenue results.

b. Business growth within a specific timeframe.
c. Suitability of systems for every business model.
d. Applicability of methods to your specific situation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under Japanese law:
a. Anna Skrypka Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
b. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
c. Liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct remains subject to
Japanese statutory limits.

10. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
(1) We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:
a. Conduct violating these Terms.
b. Harmful acts against Anna Skrypka Studio, other clients, or third parties.
c. Any other reason at our sole discretion.
(2) Termination does not release you from payment obligations or liability for
breach of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
(2) All disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District
Court or Tokyo Summary Court.

12. TESTIMONIALS & SUCCESS STORIES
(1) By sharing your feedback, results, or testimonials with us (via email, social
media, video, or community posts), you grant Anna Skrypka Studio permission
to:
a. Use your name, business name, likeness, and content in marketing materials.
b. Share across platforms, including Website, social media, email, and
advertisements.
c. Feature your story in case studies.
(2) Editing: Testimonials may be edited for clarity or formatting while preserving
authenticity.
(3) Removal Request: please contact us at anna.skrypka@gmail.com to remove
future uses; existing marketing materials already published will remain valid.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY
(1) You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential.
(2) Both parties must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
(3) Confidential information includes all business, technical, and strategic materials.

14. NON-DISPARAGEMENT
(1) You agree not to disparage or publicly criticize Anna Skrypka Studio or its

affiliates.
(2) Breach may lead to termination, legal action, and damages recovery.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon
posting. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anna Skrypka Studio. No
prior agreements or understandings supersede these Terms. Failure to enforce any
provision does not constitute waiver.
